Serving the scholastic field hockey and lacrosse community since 1998

Sept. 30, 2015 — A puncher’s chance

The range of secondary schools offering field hockey as a varsity sport across America stretch across a panoply of educational philosophies.

Most are public schools. There are a number of college preparatory schools, parochial schools, a handful of charter schools, and a number of magnet schools for the arts, sciences, and public administration.

Joining the field hockey schools of America in 2012 was Wilmington Delaware Military Academy (Del.). They are aiming to make the DIAA Tournament for the first time this fall, and they have a puncher’s chance to do so.
