May 10, 2016 — Top 10 for the week of May 8

The week just past provided one of the closest calls for top-ranked Owings Mills McDonogh’s winning streak, as they needed overtime to beat a good Sykesville Century (Md.) team. And judging by past results in the runup to the IAAM Class A title match (scheduled for this Saturday), it’s not going to be easy for the Eagles.

Or, for that matter, anyone else in the Top 10. For most in the current Top 10, only the postseason remains, so there are bound to be some changes in the next few weeks.

1. Owings Mills McDonogh (Md.) 19-0

Managed to survive Century with a 12-11 win; play Owings Mills Garrison Forest (Md.) today
