June 3, 2016 — Friday Statwatch for games played through June 1

Happy Friday, everyone. Today, we produce another Friday Statwatch, our weekly look at national scoring and statistical leaders. This week, we highlight the accomplishments of Bridget Ruskey, the junior from Cape May Court House Middle Township (N.J.). She currently leads the nation in goals scored and, for the past three years, she has been in triple digits in goals. This season, she scored 10 goals in three separate games this season. She’s an awesome attack force who has worked well with her attack unit, including teammate Allison Hunter, who leads the country in assists.

Statwatch reflects games through the end of play the previous Wednesday, so if something happened yesterday, it will go in next week. If you are a coach or team manager, I encourage you to subscribe to, and enter information in, the easy-to-use platform, and we encourage you to get your fellow teams in your league or state high school association to enter their information there as well. We’re aiming to have as complete a statistical picture of the country as possible.
