Nov. 4, 2018 –The Final Third

This evening, the 18-team bracket for the NCAA Division I field hockey championship will be released.

But before then, there is work to be done. Seven conference finals are to be contested today, and we’ll know which seven teams are guaranteed to join Harvard (Ivy League), St. Joseph’s (Atlantic-10) and Miami (Mid-American Conference) as automatic qualifiers.

We’ll be monitoring the games of the highest consequence from roughly 1 p.m. Eastern. If you like RedZone, you’ll love our occasional feature we call The Final Third.

We’ll have context and perspective in our whiparound coverage. Find us on our Facebook presence, which is http://www.facebook.com/topofthecircle. We will also have the occasional question for you to facilitate conversation as well, starting around 1 p.m. Eastern.
