Nov. 3, 2015 — Top 10 for the week of Nov. 1
With the domestic season having three weeks to go, there is going to be a lot of excitement in this Top 10. That’s because there could be as many as four matchups between Top 10 teams in state tournament play if the teams keep on winning. If Emmaus (Pa.) is able to meet up with Kennett Square Unionville (Pa.), for example, it would be a rematch of the 1992 state final. And we all know that Summit Oak Knoll (N.J.) would love a second chance at Voorhees Eastern (N.J.) — that is, if Rumson-Fair Haven (N.J.) doesn’t get there first.
Our RightToRightIsRight.com honorary No. 11 Team of the Week is a middle school team, Sandwich (Mass.) STEM Academy. Sandwich, a town of about 20,000 near the tip of Cape Cod, is unique in that its middle school is a science, technology, engineering, and mathematics magnet school. And it takes some smart people to play field hockey, as the Squires proved this past week, finishing off an undefeated season.

To take on Rye (N.Y.) this evening in the NYSPHSAA Section 1 Class B final at Brewster
5. Newtown Square Episcopal Academy (Pa.) 19-0
Only game this week is today against Philadelphia Springside Chestnut Hill Academy (Pa.)

Indians take on Tredyffrin Conestoga (Pa.) again this Wednesday in PIAA District 1 Class AAA semifinals
7. Mount Joy Donegal (Pa.) 23-0
The Indians have posted the seventh-best team goal-scoring total (190) of all time; takes on Boiling Springs (Pa.) tomorrow in PIAA District 3 Class AA tournament
8. Watertown (Mass.) 17-0
Raiders to host either Wilmington (Mass.) or Wayland (Mass.) on Thursday in MIAA Division II North tournament
9. Mountain Top Crestwood (Pa.) 17-0
Comets will play Lehman Lake-Lehman (Pa.) this evening at Klassner Field for the PIAA District 2 Class AA title
10. Rumson-Fair Haven (N.J.) 20-0
After dispatching West Long Branch Shore Regional (N.J.) to win a second consecutive Shore Conference Tournament, the Bulldogs take on Robbinsville (N.J.) in NJSIAA Group II Central tournament
11. Sandwich STEM (Mass.) 7-0-1
With a 5-0 win over Harwich Cape Cod Lighthouse Charter (Mass.), the Squires finish the season undefeated
